- Tampereen Sarka is established 2011 and is a social enterprise owned by the city of Tampere. At the core of our operations is connecting people and jobs. We believe that the right to work belongs to everyone. We offer part-time and full-time positions and we primarily recruit unemployed job seekers capable of part-time and full-time work and with the possibility of salary support. Our goal is to serve as a bridge toward the open job market. This goal is supported by career and work ability coaching, which we offer to everyone throughout their employment. Our job tasks serve as learning environments, and during employment, it is possible to complete parts of a qualification as applicable.
